This policy may be revised as our programs grow.
1. What we collect
Contact information — name, email, and phone — from both the application and contact forms. For the application form, we additionally collect background, service and medical history, and other sensitive details you volunteer in the free-text fields.
2. Why we collect it
Solely to evaluate applications and respond to inquiries. We do not use anything you share for marketing.
3. How it’s handled
Submissions are sent by email via Zeptomail (Zoho) to our staff inbox. No database or third-party CRM stores this data — this site does not have one.
4. Who sees it
Hunt to Heal staff only. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
5. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics site-wide. It is cookieless and does not track individuals.
6. Children’s data
The application form may be submitted by or on behalf of a minor. A parent or guardian must co-sign before participation, as noted on the application form. No data from minors is used for anything beyond program evaluation.
